Shipping & Delivery information
1. All order will be shipped every working days (Monday-Saturday, Except Public holiday) within 1-3days after payment made.
2. In cases of out of stock, item will be dispatch within 15-30 days after payment made, do feel free to contact our customer services at enquiry@yihuat.com if you have any further inquiry.
3. Tracking number will be updated in the order details.
4. All delivery within Malaysia, will be carried out by courier service at our choices.
5. Every Parcel will be checked before shipped. Please inform us by email if any problem occur when receiving parcel within 3days.
6. For Bulky delivery (such as industrial sewing machine or sewing table / Stand, Pls direct contact customer service and arrange for delivery.

Courier Company
We have entrust professional third-party logistic company (e.g Best Express | Nationwide etc). Delivery might be delay or cancel due to the below condition:
* To a wrong address, post code or consignee (incorrect information given)
*When Consignee fail to receive parcel, please contact logistic customer service for second delivery attempt. After 7 days of failure delivery, logistic company will return the parcel to us. Client will have to bear for the second delivery charges – base on the weight of order.
